It’s hard not to bounce round your chair a little bit when the piano riff kicks in at the opening of MC Jordan Dennis’s debut track 'Crumbs (feat. Blasko)'. And when you realise that Dennis hails from the eternally sunny (or at least comparatively sunny) city of Melbourne, it’s little surprise that his beats are so smile-inducing. Dennis is no new talent though – he first made a name for himself whilst on tour with BILLY DAVIS, which put him on bills with Noname and Anderson.Paak. Featuring guest vocals from Blasko, ‘Crumbs’ is a very strong debut from Dennis– and if the rest of his tracks to come are half as good as this then we’re in for a treat.
